OK, we just couldn't wait to tell you the beer news. Next Tuesday, in celebration of GR Beer Week, we will be releasing Batch 51, the first beer in our 51 Series, and our contribution to the Beer City Grand Series. This beer is an 11.2% Rye... Wine (think hugely hoppy barleywine made with a bunch of rye). Intense and citrusy hops, rich maltyness and some warming alcohol in the back...yeah.
We will also release 2 very limited beers: Knight's on Mastodons (Knight's Brown with ROWSTER New American Coffee Mastodon coffee), and a very special sixth barrel of Sinister Kid Imperial Porter aged with spice roasted hazelnuts. Yummers.
Oh, and food too! Logistics aren't finalized yet, but there's whispers of brats and pretzel bread sticks and Chef Tim's awesome German potato salad.
